Cold feet
It started with weddings. A wedding party is a group of people who've been asked to show up, dress up, and often pay for the privilege — and the thank-you gift is usually something that ends up in a drawer. Socks were a gift they'd actually wear, with enough personality to be worth giving. My wife and I started No Cold Feet in 2016 to make exactly that.
From the kitchen table
We ran it ourselves at first — packing orders, answering emails, figuring out sourcing as we went. It grew from the two of us into a real operation with a team and has shipped more than 250,000 pairs. The hard, unglamorous parts — inventory, fulfillment, customer service done well — are most of what makes a consumer brand actually work.
The moments that matter
Weddings were the start, not the ceiling. No Cold Feet is now about gifting for the moments that matter — holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, and the just-because days in between. The throughline is the same: a gift someone is genuinely glad to get.
